God Save the President
This Ralph Peters column is so perfect in its dishonesty and misdirection that it really needs to be read in its entirety as a kind of window into the soul of crackpot Bush apologists. The absence of the words "warantless" and "super-legal" are sure tip-offs to where this column goes.
And as far as Peters' "Show us the victims" taunt regarding the warantless surveillance, my response would be this: It wouldn't be much of a super-secret domestic spying operation if the victims knew who they were, now would it?
