Limbaugh: Finally over the edge
Somehow, he's upset that people are "stealing" his soundbites (which he has already taken from other news outlets), and is now employing 'watermarks' on the audio. What does this mean? That periodically, during a quote (even from a caller) a faint "Hello?" and "Cuckoo" can be heard just under the audio.
